CASA is a non-profit organization that aims to help children in need and who were abused. In this way, CASA provides mental health services to children and several youth programs aimed to help them. The SAS program targets children from five to 18 and they can participate either individually or in groups or families to get the best out of the mental health sessions. The SAS program helps with conditions but is not limited to ADHD, depression, or anxiety.

The executive could also be tasked with meeting MBA students to advise them on how they can get the most from their program, give career direction, or help them develop disruptive business ideas. The executive-in-residence also helps build a stronger relationship between the university and the local business community, something that could lead to job opportunities for students.
